  Unprofessional and unethical. I've used ServiceSold.com for several months now. I've always had a great experience. This "provider" made me wait for 3 hours. Created a bigger problem than my initial situation. The embarrassing part is that he kept asking for personal information and for additional jobs. I have a portfolio of rentals in Cleveland and I've never had to deal with such unprofessional person. If I could give 0 starts I would. I highly recommend you NOT to do business with this "electrician". Even if he's the last person on earth.
