He performed the job as asked, after a couple delays. He then collected the entire job price. When I informed him I had already paid a deposit on Service Sold for the job, he said that must be a fee to me and refused to refund the excess amount paid. He said it was underbid to begin with. When I told him to ask Service Sold if he didn't believe me, I got no response. So, I ended up paying more than I would have to other bidders because he collected the deposit again. Clearly new to Service Sold, and not professional.
