My husband is in the trades. He has 2 houses to work on right now, and is already working 6 days a week. So we decided to hire out, tearing out kitchen cabinets, and tile. We got a bid pretty early and decided that due to time constraints to go ahead and accept the very first bid. The original bid winner, never responded. SO I don't recommend him. However, I contacted Service Sold and they got me another guy to do the job. George. We were grateful! George came with a friend to help him get the job done. Pretty quick after getting here he said it would take double the time. :( then he asked for more money. We gave him the option to just reject the job. He said no. But to cut a very long story short. His friend left early, SO ,on my husband's only day of rest, he jumped in and helped George. George stayed a full day. My husband and George negotiated that George would only do half the job. and we would still pay him the full amount. Leaving he and his friend to have earned $31 per hour! We won't be doing that again.
