Project Description

I have a retaining wall that is breaking down/crumbling. I also have a fence up against the wall that has a couple posts that are mis-aligned. The fence is a standard white vinyl fence, with approx. 68" wide panels. (see video). I have two problems: 1-two of the fence posts are not aligned properly. 2-the wall is crumbling. What I need done is to have the fence posts pulled out, & while the posts are out the wall masonry needs fixed. The wall itself is about 30 feet long, and 18" high. Not all of the wall is crumbling but a good portion of it is. (again, see video). Then, I need someone to re-plant the fence posts and re-install the fence. For this, I have all parts except the brackets that broke on both sides of one panel. The fence panels & posts are all in good shape. The reason the 2 fence posts are out of alignment (as you can see in the video), is that the retaining wall has some concrete that juts out at the bottom underground...and the previous owner who installed the fence posts just went around this, making the fence line crooked. Which made the fence have more strain/pressure, which led to the brackets breaking on the one panel. This will mean digging into some concrete for 2 of the posts & possibly breaking it up to get the fence posts in the correct spots. The other posts should be able to be re-seated in their previous positions.
