Project Description

This is a low slope single plain garage that currently has a rolled out asphalt composite roof. The roof area is 20’ x 22’, approximately 4.4 squares or 440 square feet.  This job is to include a full tear-off, re-decking ( 7/16 OSB ), dry out with a base sheet underlayment, add aluminum drip edge along the drip & rake edges ( 64 feet ), install a roof by either torch down or “peel & stick” adhesion, and to clean up and remove all debris form the jobsite. Additionally it''ll include a magnetic sweep for nails on the driveway. This roof is in decent shape now, but I want it replaced before it becomes a problem in the future.
