Small 10x20ft garage/shed needs debris removed. Property is tenant occupied so you would need to set up a time with them to unlock it so you can complete the job. You would also need to confirm with them what property, if any, belongs to them and stays. Other than that I would like all debris removed and the floor left in "broom clean" condition. Remember Servicesold will take a $20 fee out of final bid. Thank you in advance
