It may need flooring and bathroom sink repair. Work for this project includes 3 bedrooms plus the closets, the hallway and the ceiling, the living room and dining room. scraping, plastering, and painting. Paint all exterior of the house and trim. Scrape all paint to the wood. Powerwash. The paint house and trim color will be the same as now
