I''ll pay for the cost of raw materials like trim, wood, rail, spindles, drywall (if required) and etc, but the contractor needs to provide their own tools, labor fasteners and other supplies required to compete job properly: ( 1 ) Either build small pony wall along half flight of stairs (as per video), or build a decent looking, but cost effective hand rail/banister. Open to better ideas. ( 2 ) Install traditional base molding pieces in the living room to dinning room area. Approx 2 six inch pieces, as per video. ( 3 ) Install any missing trim pieces or casings, if any, in stairwells, and throughout, as per video. ##Additional Notes: The Primary focus of this post is the hand rail along the half flight of stairs. The trim work is relatively minor, but important. ##The purpose of this job is to make it look nice.
