I have duplex up/down in Cleveland Heights. The upstairs toilet leaked and ceiling needs to repaired in the first bathroom floor unit. The damaged area of the ceiling needs to be removed and replaced with new drywall. A new piece of drywall (assume 4''x4'', but should be less). Repair the drywall ceiling and paint ceiling with white semi-gloss paint. Include all clean up of materials. Flexible Time - Nights and weekends would be ideal.
