I need top soil placed and seeded near foundation of the home in front on west side, so the water will drain away from the foundation. The front porch foundation is settling because water is saturating the porch foundation when it rains. There is a similar problem on the west side of house, but not as severe. The front of house 22 ft wide, the west side is 8 ft of porch and another 20 feet of house. As you go toward back, the problem is less. The grade when finished should be 1" inch per foot away from house.
