AT chimney-Missing Properly install a bonding jumper at a water meter using 4 AWG copper wire and approved grounding clamps Properly repair Floor Area-near stairway-loose mortar Storage Area: Resplace missing cover to x2 at junction box –at ceiling Properly terminate conductor(s) at Ceiling Living Room Stairway Replace missing door knob(s) at Entry hallway Properly install an approved manual shut-off valve to gas line for ?? Second Floor –Bedroom Hall Replace and paint to conform, damaged/missing trim_DOOR FRAME DAMAGED AT Porch Door Attic Properly install an approved manual shut-off valve to gas line________I posted some pictures-it would only let me post a certain amount.
