Clean approximately 225 Sq ft of cedar shingles on the 2nd story of a single family home. The shingles measure 30 ft across and 7’3” height, plus the 2 sides(shown). The soap will be provided. Use low pressure settings. Gently scrub black sooty spots where needed with an appropriate brush for soft wood. Want to see a consistent look as possible when complete. Have proper safety equipment and proof of insurance. House is near I-90 & Warren Rd. exit or I-71 & W.150th exit. Looking to get it done this Saturday April 29th or on Sunday April 30th. No upfront money will be paid, as no materials need to be bought. Paid in full through Service Sold upon completion. After work is completed and shingles have had time to dry, will post another project to apply a semi-transparent stain.
