Project Description

1) Install new ceiling fan 2) Replace Insta-hot <- Might have to expand hole through granite counter 3) Install HD Antenna and wire to TV 4) Repair 5 pieces of trim around doors outside 5) Install ball valve on basement filter 6) Install dead-bolt(floor type) 7) Clean basement - Remove trash and haul away. Oil tank and 55g drum are really the major things <- hose down floor and squeege to drain 8) Replace two outdoor light fixtures <- Swap old fixtures for LED fixtures
