LABOR ONLY to Install new 2x4 reveal/tegular ceiling tile into existing grid system (material will be on-site). Finished height is 7''11" accessible from ladder. Cut in 14 sprinklers and 2 exit signs. Smoke detectors to be handled by other. Many more jobs are available.
