Project Description

During the storms Tuesday night, 3 separate trees fell on my property. One at the back of the property, which fell into the neighbors yard and smashed up their garden. One on the side of the property(may or may not be on the property) that has fallen onto the roof and created a large hole, with daylight. The storm raged and drenched the entire first floor, so that part will need remediated too. Kitchen is destroyed. Appliances seem in tact. There is a third tree on the opposite side of the house in the back that has also dropped on the house. Not AS much damage there, but damage nonetheless. Roof will need replaced and structurally repaired Chimney will need flashed and fixed as there are bricks that got knocked loose Kitchen is likely a total loss. Floor, ceiling, cabinets, sink, plumbing Remediation for the wetness, which could include a new floor Structural engineer to ensure no foundational damage An insurance claim has already been submitted and is being reviewed. These are the initial findings from our end.
