Pesky squirrels chewed wire which started a smoldering fire. This was quickly contained and my electrical handyman says it appears to just be one area that needs addressing. Since it is knob and tube wiring, there may need to be another ground added, too. The resident is a retired helicopter pilot/war veteran. This appears to be a straight forward job and I know the resident is more than ready to get out of his friends area and get back home! There is no electric in the home now due to the firemen pulling the globe.

Service Provider 2024- :: This project will need to be inspected upon completion. Because of the knob and tube the building department can require a complete upgrade. I suggest we discuss at length prior to placing a bid.
