In Garfield Hts. Install one hand rail for front and rear steps. Rebuild rear steps to insure all risers are equal and within code. The city has cited the top step as a trip hazard. On the Northwest corner of the front porch, replace rotted header board and sister in new joist as needed to eliminate porch sag at the corner. There are 2x8''s on site which can be used for this work. All items are city violations and must pass inspection.
