Project Description

Require someone registered to pull permits in Cleveland Heights for general, electrical, and plumbing. The house has been partially remodeled. All demo and plumbing rough in complete. Electrical rewire rough is reported to be near complete, but needs to be verified and completed. Will require permits to be pulled for existing electrical and plumbing rough in work, as well as the finish work that is to be one. Four bedrooms will need carpet and pad installed, vinyl plank flooring to be installed in kitchen, dining, living, hallways, and stairs. Tile to be installed in 2 bathrooms on floor and showers. Drywall install needed in kitchen, and one bedroom completely, and partial in other areas. Painting throughout interior, exterior trim, porch, and fence. Cabinets and countertops need to be installed in kitchen, and vanities in bathrooms, plumbing fixtures and appliance installs and hall cabinet. Cabinets will likely need painted. Asphalt in the back needs crack filled and a lump of cement that a previous contractor from here left to harden on the asphalt needs removed. Gutter has fallen due to an ice dam and will need to be repaired or replaced, and a mantle and shiplap need installed above fireplace and tile on the floor in front of fireplace. Needs to be polished and in show condition when complete.
