Repair garage - rebuild back wall. replace rotted roof deck as needed. Install low slope roof. Replace missing siding pieces. Scrape and paint. Replace misc rotted wood on exterior. See pictures. Install missing down spout. Install trim around door. Rebuild front step(s), scrape and paint. water is pooling on Exterior porch which is causing soft spots. Cut out and replace.
