Repair vent at the bottom of the fridge 5. replace bad p trap under sink 6. repair or replace damaged closet door 7. repair wall behind door/install cover plate for handle to hit 8. replace sink stopper 9. check for loose counter top 10. check door jamb for missing screws and replace
