Need to demo and remove a 2 car garage. The overhead garage door is already detached, and should be set aside prior to demo. The garage door opener should be detached and set aside with the overhead door. The structure has rotted framing, and leans. We are looking to have the garage torn down and hauled away. Need done ASAP.
