Customer :: Labor only Mentor 1200 sq. ft. home - 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full basement, needs complete renovation. The house was built in 1958; it has great bones. New HVAC, water proof, driveway, garage slab and patio work has been done. 1. Kitchen - install new exterior door, case and base room, new sub-floor, tile, install new cabinets, microwave, install drain, install dishwasher, disposal, sink and fixtures. 2. Bathroom 1 - Hang door, case and base room, walls and ceiling drywall, new tub, walls and floor tiled, vanity set. Bath two is identical to 1 other than installing walk in shower instead of tub. 3. Living room - floors sanded, ceiling repaired and stomped 4. Bedrooms (4) - ceiling repair and stomped, hang new doors, trim out windows, doors and floors, install closet doors. 5. Foyer - install new front door and tile floor. 7. Electrical work - most boxes need replaced, all new plugs and switches throughout house, hang lights and fans, install exterior lights, install (3) new outlets/switches, trouble shoot areas and repair. 8. Plumbing - New fixtures in kitchen and baths and laundry, new valves, repair drains... 9. Windows – remove all old, replace with new. 10. Painting - entire home (walls, ceiling, trim, doors, removal of wallpaper) 11. Build small wood landing porch for back door. 12. Minor repair of some built ins.
