I would like you to look through a house I may buy and tell me what you see that needs repair. I would like you to take pictures of the inside or videos using your smartphone. I would like your to at minimum tell me: 1. Does the electricity work / turned on. 2. Does the water work / turned on. 3. How old is the roof / does the roof look damaged 4. How old is the hvac per the sticker 5. Any walls falling down or cracking 6. Any other big damages that you see You will not be acting as a home inspector as this implies certain warranties. You are doing what I would do as an investor if I could be there in person and assess the house for how much it would cost to make it rentable. The property is in the harbor area of Ashtabula. It’s a 3/1, and approximately 1500 square feet. Has a garage and full basement. You won’t need to write anything. You will just send pictures/video to me electronically and have a talk with me by phone as you walk through. I am likely to request more “walk throughs” in the future to be my eyes before I buy properties there.
