I would like a black aluminum hand rail installed on one side of the front steps to eliminate a safety issue. The property is located on W140th Street. The railing would extend from the wooden porch at the top down to the concrete walkway at the bottom. This type of handrail is typically sold at Home Depot but could be from any source. Bid must include labor plus materials. The sooner the better.
