Small 1300sqft condo that needs interior painting. Walls have minor wear from hanging picture frames so would need minor prepping before paint. Any trim that is worn or dirty will need repainted as well. The living room does have 1 or 2 walls up to 16ft, so a ladder is necessary. Carpets will need to be covered and preserved.
