Duplex in Lakewood, Ohio. Currently has wood siding that will be covered with vinyl siding. The house has a 34 sq of siding, 5 sq of soffit and 12 rolls of coil. Garage has 6 sq Siding, 1.5 sq of soffit and 2 rolls of coil. Total job with house and garage is 60.5sq. Windows are to be wrapped, soffits to be done and the front porch poles/pillars to be wrapped as well. Replace 2 gutters. First one is above the garage doors and the second is on the side of the porch on the one on the driveway side. Replace some mesh window screens that are broken.
