Project Description

This job will include excavation, building a crawl space, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, doors and windows, garage and garage door. The addition begins by adding about 6ft to our existing living room w/vaulted ceiling. There will be a master bedroom (20''x20'') w/ 3 standard doors and 4 standard windows, a master bath (12''x12'') w/ 1 standard window, walk in closet (8''x12''), walk in area (6''x6'') and garage (26''x26'') w/ an 18'' garage door, 2 standard entry doors, 1 standard window and 1 larger, front facing window yet to be decided. Vaulted ceilings will carry through everything but the garage. The addition will be built onto the right side of the house, also the existing garage will be blocked up and driveway filled in with excavated soil.
