Project Description

Properly patch, prep, chauk, and paint entire attic area bedroom, closet, and stairwell walls, ceiling and trim as per video. Switch and outlet plates should be removed. Paint will be provided, but contractor needs to provide their own tools and other supplies: ( 1 ) All walls and plywood hatches to be painted a neutral color ( 2 ) Ceilings, trim, and doors to be painted white ( 3 ) Stair steps to be painted gray. ## Additional Notes: There is approximately 325-350 sq ft of total attic space. ## The purpose of this job is to make attic space look nice.
