Remove existing (4) driveway pad slabs and replace with new concrete. Approx 500 SF for Cleveland Heights P.O.S sale. There is a drain in the center of the slabs and that needs to be maintained and/or replaced with a new drain. Since it is Cleveland Heights a permit is required for this work. Flexible on when the work is completed, nights and weekend are fine. It just needs to be wrapped up in a 2-3 span because of tenant parking. Includes haul away.
