Project Description

Painting just one side of a house. This western facing side deteriated over the years from too much sun. We already replaced some shingles and now everything just needs to be painted! So, there will be some scraping and surface prep including washing to get it ready for paint. Then a primer coat and 2 coats of paint is what we are thinking. 4 windows will need trim paint as well.
