Most of interior of the home needs repainted, with the exception of the upstairs main bathroom. All of the first floor needs repainted. Some of the walls need scraped before they are repainted; some need primed first. I would like the home done in a neutral light tan/off-white color, eggshell type paint(the next step above flat.) The downstairs powder room needs repainted as do the stairwell to the 2nd floor and the upstairs hallway. Some of the closet doors are brand new and if they are a paintable wood surface then they will also need to be painted as well.(2 of the closet doors are plastic folding and will not need painted.) Some of the closet interiors may also need painted if the paint is peeling in them; however all of the closets are small as the home was built in 1920. No painting needs to be done in either the basement nor the stairwell to the basement, nor in the attic area. All painting will only be done on the first and second floors of the home.Doors and trim to be painted as needed; this is true for ceilings as well.
