Install New Parking Lot: FRONT AREA ( YELLOW ON MAP PROVIDED) Approx. 900 Sq Ft. -Remove vegetation in target area. Use Existing Base to pave atop. Install approx 2 inches of ODOT 448-2 base course asphalt, roll and compact. Install approx 1.5 inches of ODOT 448-1 base course asphalt, roll and compact. Seal transitions to existing asphalt with hot rubberized sealant. SIDE AREA ( RED ON MAP PROVIDED) Approx 4000 Sq Ft. Excavate area to a depth of approx 4 inches and haul spoils from site install approx 4 inches of # 304 aggregate as needed and compact Install approx 2.5 inches of ODOT 448-2 base course asphalt, roll and compact. Install approx 1.5 inches of ODOT 448-1 base course asphalt, roll and compact. Seal transitions to existing asphalt or concrete with hot rubberized. Drainage system is already installed in the parking lot.
