Bathroom 1 - No GFCI by sink wall receptacle. HVAC cleaning needed. Electrical - Due to cloth and aluminum wiring present needs a review. Potential mold areas - The rear wall if facing from the front doors - At the right corner there is active water penetration along with Efflorescence. Also along the bottom of the entire wall is moisture. The filled in double car garage on the street side wall has efflorescence and floor staining. Water Tank - Rust present on the inlet water pipe at the tank.
