new vinyl flooring for 700 square feet. Expand small closet and convert to space for stackable washer / dryer while closing off one bedroom. repair exterior hose bibb that is leaking. replace window in bathroom. update and move electrical panel. Repair / replace garage door that has dent. Outside GFCI not working. furnace and HVAC needs cleaning and inspection. condenser primary drain terminating at foundation and needs to be moved. replace damaged boards in soffet. Replace rotting wood at base of door.
