3 apartments in 10 unit apartment building. Each approx. 600 sqft. Had baseboards removed. Looking for options. These 3 units will be turned into short term rentals. Would like to have heating and cooling available and also have remote access (eventually) to all devices. The building is pretty old. Brick originally and stucco over the brick. Thanks
